The 50-story tower is an iconic new Class A office property developed through a partnership between Riverside Investment & Development and Convexity Properties. Located directly south of the 1925 Union Station headhouse building, the 2.2-acre full-block site is positioned in the dynamic West Loop. The building has unique transit connectivity to Chicago Union Station and Ogilvie Station via an underground pedway along with CTA bus rapid transit and CTA “L” blue line access within 1 block of the site. The building program consists of 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space and associated amenities, including two levels of parking. Building completion scheduled for 2022.
