    • $64 million HUD 221(d)(4) construction loan to 40-year permanent loan.

    • Targeted completion is early 2027corridors, elevator access,
      central courtyard and either a resort-style pool or water feature.

    • Over 700 parking spaces consisting of garage, covered, and surface parking
