John O’Donnell

​John O’Donnell founded Riverside Investment & Development Company (previously operating as O’Donnell Investment Company) in 2010 and was an early executive at The John Buck Company, eventually becoming the President and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. O’Donnell left The John Buck Company in 2010 after 28 years with the firm. Throughout his career, Mr. O’Donnell has managed the development or redevelopment of over 40 million square feet, with capital transactions exceeding $10 billion, which includes 14 Chicago office buildings.

John holds a BBA from Loyola University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and is a CPA certified.
