Vice President - Leasing

Annie joined Riverside Investment & Development in 2024 as a Leasing Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2026. She specializes in delivering comprehensive leasing and marketing services, with a strong emphasis on developing and executing effective market strategies across Riverside’s diverse portfolio of office properties. With nearly a decade of professional experience and more than six years in commercial real estate, Annie brings expertise in leasing, marketing, asset management, and design, instilling confidence in both clients and colleagues.

Prior to Riverside, Annie worked at Shapack Partners, executing day-to-day leasing activities for a multi-asset portfolio exceeding 2 million square feet. Her experience includes leading lease-up initiatives for speculative office towers, overseeing major repositioning and gut rehabilitation projects, and executing retail leasing transactions.

Annie has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
