Ryan Wilkinson

Senior Construction Manager

Ryan has nearly a decade of construction and development experience across a variety of large-scale product types. At Riverside Investment & Development Company, Ryan is responsible for managing core & shell construction, project design, development coordination, and cost management.

Prior to joining Riverside, Ryan worked at The Walsh Group, helping to deliver projects in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles.

Ryan has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
