Senior Construction Manager

Ryan has a decade of construction and development experience across various large-scale project types. At Riverside Investment & Development Company, Ryan is responsible for overseeing core and shell construction, project design, development coordination, and cost management.

Before joining Riverside, Ryan worked at The Walsh Group, assisting in the delivery of projects in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles.

Ryan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
