Chad Frey, CFA

Vice President

Chad joined Riverside in 2026, bringing over 12 years of experience in urban commercial real estate, including office, residential, hotel, retail, and student housing projects. At Riverside, Chad is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, deal capitalization, and investor relations across the firm’s office portfolio.

Before joining Riverside, Chad was at Alfred Equities, where he spent 8 years managing office redevelopments in London. Prior to this, Chad worked for Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, originating high-leverage construction and permanent loans in the US, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University and is a CFA Charterholder.
