Vice President

Evan joined Riverside in 2026, bringing over six years of institutional real estate asset management experience across the office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. At Riverside, Evan provides asset management for large urban office projects, overseeing operational performance, leasing strategy, capital planning, and investor reporting.

Before joining Riverside, Evan was at American Realty Advisors, where he served as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management for an institutional portfolio of office, multifamily, and industrial assets. Prior to that, he was at LaSalle Investment Management, where he managed assets across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily product types.

Evan earned his Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and his Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
