Christy Domin

Senior Vice President

Christy Domin joined Riverside in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of Chicago CBD landlord representation experience, with expertise in trophy development lease-up, anchor and multi-floor tenant pursuits, stack management, tenant retention, and value-driven leasing strategy across both trophy and non-trophy office assets. Over the course of her career, she has represented a broad range of ownership groups — from institutional investors and private equity to entrepreneurial owners and developer-led platforms — giving her a strong understanding of how ownership structure shapes leasing strategy, deal parameters, and decision making.

Christy has developed and executed leasing strategy across many of Chicago’s most prominent office assets, including existing buildings and trophy developments in the West Loop, as well as Central Loop and East Loop assets that required more hands-on stack management, tenant retention, repositioning, and creative vacancy leasing. Her experience includes both direct leasing leadership and strategic ownership-side advisory roles on assets such as 2 North LaSalle, 141 West Jackson/Chicago Board of Trade, 30 West Monroe, Prudential Plaza, 111 East Wacker, 233 North Michigan, among others. This range has given her a practical understanding of how to create value across different building classes while staying aligned with ownership goals and deal-specific business objectives.

At Riverside, Christy focuses on owner-led development leasing (150 North Riverside, 320 South Canal, previously 110 North Wacker). She combines market intelligence, disciplined deal execution, and a clear ownership perspective to help drive asset value, support business plans, and navigate complex leasing cycles without compromising the landlord’s long-term goals.

Prior to Riverside, Christy held senior agency leasing roles at CBRE Chicago, Colliers International, Transwestern, and Lincoln Property Company. She has been recognized with the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Office Property Representative of the Year award in 2016 and 2018, and NAIOP’s Downtown Office Broker Transaction of the Year in 2015 and 2017.

She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
