Daniel Heckman

Senior Vice President - Leasing

Daniel joined the Riverside team in 2022 and has over 13 years of real estate experience specializing in the leasing and marketing of first-class office towers and the repositioning of historic office redevelopments throughout the CBD.

Prior to joining Riverside, Dan worked at the Telos Group, LLC, where he represented a wide range of institutional and entrepreneurial ownership groups including the 601W Companies, Brookfield Properties, Union Investment and the Onni Group.

Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs, Management from Indiana University, and a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Sustainable Design from Columbia College.
