Derek Yelverton

Derek Yelverton brings 15 years of diverse experience in various project management roles across the construction & development industry, with a strong focus on large-scale residential and mixed-use deliveries.

Prior to joining Riverside, Derek served in senior roles in construction and development project management across the industry, leading complex multifamily and mixed-use projects from concept through completion. At Riverside, he oversees all phases of design, planning, and execution of complex residential and adaptive reuse developments.

Derek holds a B.S. in Construction Management from North Carolina A&T State University.
