Nik Haak

Vice President

Nik Haak brings over 15 years of project management experience across design, construction, and real estate development. He has led a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use, multifamily, student housing, hospitality, and adaptive reuse developments.

Prior to joining Riverside, Nik held roles at Shapack Partners, Urban Innovations, and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, where he helped deliver complex development, construction, and architectural projects from concept through completion.

Nik is a Registered Architect in Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C). He earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture from Tulane University, as well as a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
