Executive Vice President

Drew joined Riverside Investment & Development as Executive Vice President in 2018, where he leads the leasing of the firm’s office properties.

Drew previously worked over 25 years as a Partner in charge of leasing at the John Buck Company, then at CBRE’s Chicago Agency Leasing group, joining the firm after the 2014 acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. An industry veteran with extensive local and international experience, Drew brings substantial expertise in large-scale downtown office leasing to his role. A three-time recipient of the Chicago Office Agency Broker of the Year award and three-time recipient of the Deal of the Year award, Drew’s career includes some of the largest and highest-profile anchor tenant transactions completed in downtown Chicago. Here are a few Leo Burnett, Union Bank of Switzerland, Deloitte, Skadden Arps, Bank of America, William Blair, Hyatt Corporation and Boeing Company.

Drew is a graduate of Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a BS in Environmental Design (Architecture) and Urban and Regional Planning. Drew also received the National Scholar-Athlete Award (Dolly-Cohen Chapter – Cincinnati) while playing football at Miami.
