Tyler Lamkey

Executive Vice President

Tyler has 18 years of experience in various project management roles in the development and construction industry. Having performed as a development manager, owner’s rep, construction manager, and general contractor, Tyler has extensive experience with residential, office, hospitality, and retail development, design and construction. In his current role, Mr. Lamkey is responsible for oversight of the development, entitlement, design and construction-related activities for specific development projects and assists with the acquisition, leasing and financing processes of these projects. Tyler is a board member of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Alliance and an active ULI Chicago member.

Tyler has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
