Ed has over 35 years in the real estate industry. He has achieved a significant depth and breadth of experience and technical expertise while working for world-class firms in the contracting, development and property management industries. Ed’s role with Riverside is focused on the management of entitlement and permit processes, interaction with and coordination of public stakeholders (including but not limited to required building utilities and City of Chicago agencies), oversight of design development, coordination, commissioning of building electromechanical systems, and spearheading property turnover and operational reviews. Ed assists with construction management processes for the firm’s 110 North Wacker and 320 South Canal Projects.
