Stefani has seven years of urban commercial real estate experience in multifamily, retail and mixed-use sectors. At Riverside, she handles asset management, acquisitions, deal capitalization, and investor relations for Riverside’s multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining Riverside, Stefani worked for Farpoint Development in Chicago, focusing on the acquisition, development, and asset management of retail and multifamily assets. She also redeveloped retail assets at Brookfield Properties.

Stefani earned her BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is the President of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. She is also an active member of ULI, REFF, and WREAA.
