Jacob has five years of commercial real estate experience throughout various industry roles. His primary role within Riverside includes market and financial analysis for future multifamily developments.

Prior to Riverside, Jacob worked in Investment Sales at Hilco Real Estate before moving into a Capital Markets role within Berkadia, originating Housing of Urban Development (HUD) financing for multifamily properties throughout the United States.

Jacob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance at Lake Forest College.
