Jake Springer

Senior Construction Manager

Jake brings six years of construction and development experience spanning a variety of large-scale project types. At Riverside Investment & Development Company, he manages core and shell construction, project design, development coordination, and cost management.

Before joining Riverside, Jake worked as a Project Manager at Trinity Partners, where he was responsible for the delivery of projects for a wide range of clients in the Office, Multifamily, and Industrial sectors.   

Jake holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Real Estate and Development from UNC Charlotte.
