Connor Roach

Senior Construction Manager

Connor has more than seven years of construction management experience, with a focus on interior projects. At Riverside, he manages interior and capital projects, along with project design, cost management, building operations, and due diligence for new development opportunities.

Previously at JLL, Connor oversaw commercial, interior build-out, and mission-critical projects. He also implemented a nationwide capital improvement program, developing 10-year capital plans for more than 60 assets.

Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
