Jordan Feste

Senior Vice President

Jordan brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate development and construction management, with a focus on large-scale development projects. At Riverside, Jordan leads tenant coordination and capital improvement initiatives across the firm’s Chicago office portfolio, as well as at 1900 Lawrence in Denver. He also assists with overseeing core and shell construction, project design, cost management, building operations, and due diligence for new development opportunities.

Jordan holds an Associate degree in Construction Management from Kirkwood Community College and a BBA from DePaul University, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
