Scott brings over three years of commercial real estate experience, focusing on office, retail, and life sciences sectors. At Riverside, he supports asset management as a financial analyst, overseeing budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Before joining Riverside, Scott held positions at Healthpeak Properties and Kite Realty Group where he specialized in financial analysis, development, investment, and FP&A initiatives.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University.
