Fritz Gallun

Senior Financial Analyst

Fritz joined Riverside in 2026 as a Senior Financial Analyst, bringing over four years of commercial real estate experience in asset management and brokerage across the office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. At Riverside, Fritz supports asset management and investment decision-making, including budgeting / forecasting, capital planning, leasing analysis / strategy, recapitalization and disposition analysis, and investor reporting.

Before joining Riverside, Fritz was a Senior Analyst on the asset management team at LaSalle Investment Management. Prior to that, he held a Financial Analyst position with Colliers, supporting brokerage teams on leasing and investment sales transactions.

Fritz earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
