Stefani Kalter

Senior Associate

Stefani is a Senior Associate with six years of commercial real estate experience. At Riverside, she is responsible for asset management, underwriting, deal capitalization and investor relations for Riverside’s multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining Riverside, Stefani worked for Farpoint Development, focusing on acquisitions, development, and asset management of retail and multifamily assets in Chicago. She also worked at Brookfield Properties, focusing on redeveloping their retail assets.

Stefani earned her BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a member of HEEF, ULI, REFF, and WREAA.
