Construction Manager

Bryon is a Construction Manager with fourteen years of construction and development experience. At Riverside, he is responsible for managing tenant improvement programs, core & shell construction, utility coordination, project design, development coordination, cost management and assists with the due diligence process for new development opportunities.

Prior to Riverside, Bryon worked as a Project Manager at Aria Group Architects, with a focus on hospitality and entertainment markets.

Bryon received his B.ARCH. from the Illinois Institute of Technology and is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois.
