Construction Manager

Bryon is a Construction Manager with twelve years of experience in construction and development. At Riverside, he is responsible for managing tenant improvement programs, core and shell construction, utility coordination, project design, development coordination, and cost management, as well as assisting with the due diligence process for new development opportunities.

Prior to his role at Riverside, Bryon demonstrated his adaptability as a Project Manager at Aria Group Architects, where he successfully navigated the hospitality and entertainment markets.

Bryon received his B.ARCH. from the Illinois Institute of Technology and is a licensed architect in Illinois.
