Philip has four years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on capital markets transactions, due diligence, and underwriting of properties in the office, retail, industrial and multifamily sectors. At Riverside, Philip specializes in asset management, development underwriting and deal capitalization.

Prior to Riverside, Philip spent three years with the Newmark Office Capital Markets Group here in Chicago, underwriting and marketing over 100 transactions in excess of $5 billion concentrated in Chicago and Indianapolis.

Philip received a BS in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
